CAPTURING A STILL PICTURE FROM VIDEO TAPE



1.
Make sure the VCR/ Camera switch is set to VCR. Press play. Have your videotape playing before starting the Dazzle program. Double-click the Dazzle icon to launch the Dazzle video capture program.

2.  Click the Camera button on the Dazzle Home Mode to change to camera mode. The image will appear in the screen.

3. Adjust allows you to alter the brightness, contrast, saturation, and tint if needed. (The small yellow triangle at the left will close this function). Options allows for size, color, and quality adjustments. When you have made your choice of still picture click on Snap. (If you are unhappy with the shot, click the small "X" in the box and it will be erased). When you have a satisfactory shot, click Save. Save the shot to the correct folder. Name your shot and include the proper suffix (Aname.jpg ). Select the Save as type : JPEG(*jpg). Click SAVE. Please note where you are saving each of your items! Close out Dazzle by clicking the small "X" at the top of the camera face. Face of the Dazzle unit
