The ITS serves
as the research arm of the School of Telecommunications and operates
within three basic objectives:
| 1.
|
to
initiate and seek funding for research, training, development,
production or other opportunities that will significantly
and meaningfully involve faculty and students of the School
in the mastery of telecommunications knowledge and skills;
|
| 2.
|
to
provide administrative support in the implementation of research,
production, training, or development projects on behalf of
faculty and students of the School, and |
| 3.
|
to
promote faculty and student involvement in research, scholarship
and creative production and to publicize their activities. |
